Community Award Winners

It's always an honor for me when the Newberg Chamber of Commerce asks me if I would photograph the community award winners. I've done this for the past several years. These business people are recognized both for their community service involvement and business success. Here are the award winners for 2009.

Snakes & Models

Snakes? I don't know, but I did get some interesting pictures, so I guess it was worth it. And no, no one got bit!

Maternity Portraits

"My first year", or maybe "babies first year" should be the title of the maternity portraits seen here. The first 12 months of mom & her baby's first year starts with mom's maternity portrait (this one with her first child), the first few weeks of the babies life, 6 month old pictures and finally the child's "first walking pictures." Angela completed the maternity portraits than about a week later began experiencing labor pains. Good luck Angela, I'm guessing I'll see her and her new baby in a few weeks!

Charma's grandkids

This was my first opportunity to photograph these two sisters, sure hope it's not my last! They were pretty good sports to go out in the cold for a few shots. These were a few of the favorites.

Johnna

It sure is cold outside...but we still keep shooting! I enjoy photographing seniors is all kinds of weather even though my personal preference is towards the "heat"! Can't wait till summer. I got to photograph Johnna's senior pictures last week...here's a couple from the studio as well as in the "cold".
